ECM classifies this as their perfect single-boiler machine for small spaces - satisfying the highest demands, perfect espresso preparation, and absolute espresso pleasure.     Features:

    • Solid chrome-plated E61 grouphead: Hot water circulates from thermosyphon tubes to/from the grouphead and boiler. The purpose is to keep the grouphead and your portafilter nice and hot. Lever next to the grouphead activates a microswitch which turns on the electric vibrations pump to pump water through the coffee grinds.
    • Multi-directional steam wand: Allows for more flexibility and also acts as a hot water wand
    • Three way solenoid valve: Allows quick removal of portafilter after the espresso extraction and immediately prepare for the next extraction.
    • Passive cup warmer on the top: Heat from the boiler rises and heats the top panel. Like any other espresso machine, it can take up to two hours to preheat your cups. Therefore, it is better to flash heat the cups from hot water from the grouphead or steam/water wand.
    • Stainless steel body: Polished to a mirror finish. Black enamel-painted steel frame.
    • PID temperature control: Allows you to program the boiler.
    • OPV (over pressure valve): Easily adjustable. Located underneath the cup warmer tray (8.5 - 12 bar).
    • Easy access to the water tank: Located underneath the removable cup warmer tray.
    • Stainless steel boiler: High-quality, insulated. Less susceptible to limescale compared to copper boilers.
    • Short heat-up time: Approximately 20 minutes.
    • Pressure gauge: Measures pump/brew pressure (0 - 16 bar) and should only be looked at while extracting espresso or adjusting the OPV with a blind filter int he portafilter inserted intot he grouphead. This gauge has no meaning at any other time.
    • Rocker switches and indicator lights: For the "On/Off" function and for steam and hot water.

Our warranty is provided by the manufacturer or distributor, depending on the brand. Please contact us if you have a warranty-related issue, and we will make the appropriate arrangements. Our warranty for home/domestic machines included parts and labor limited to manufacturer's defects (unless otherwise noted). Warranty for machines used for commercial purposes includes parts only limited to manufacturer's defects - this means that labor to make the repair is not covered under warranty (unless a labor warranty is purchased or provided). Our warranty period begins at the free on board shipping point, which means that the buyer takes ownership once the product leaves our shipping location.

      International Shipping:

      International shipping is certainly available in some cases dependent on brand, but shipping terms vary from country to country.       Order Confirmation:

      Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

      Order Shipment:

      If your product is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within two-three business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at Info@MyEspressoShop.com. Most shipping is sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, and the product will arrive 3-5 days after leaving the distribution warehouse. For commercial or larger products, some shipping will be placed via freight. In those cases, shipping times will be longer than our standard 3-5 days.
