We ordered a Mahlkonig GH1 from My Espresso shop. There were some complications stemming from the manufacturer, delaying the shipment of the grinder. Greg kept us updated regularly and made a constant effort to get an answer from the manufacturer. The grinder performs amazingly well and the buying experience was top notch.

Grinder is great but this company doesn’t reply to ANY messages, Facebook, phone, email, none. I was trying to get an idea of when it would ship and maybe a tracking number, but radio silence on their end. That said, the unit arrived fairly quickly and in great shape.

Ordered coffee grinder. Received zero updates after two weeks, though my payment was taken right away. Emailed twice and called and left a message. Received no response. Still no grinder.Now I'm being asked to review my purchase. Well, here it is. I have contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge. Sorry, can't recommend this company.

Order Confirmation:
